Advantages of the conductor - preparation for work takes a minimum of time. Mobility of adjustment for the necessary operation of inserting a door lock into the door leaf allows the master to install almost any locks.

The conductor will completely replace the milling machine and will do the job perfectly. Real cost and time savings. The model is designed to fix the conductor on the door leaf by means of clamps, while ensuring the centering of the cutter.

The conductor is made of:

guides - chrome-plated steel shafts 12mm,
clamp - light alloy materials,
movable carriage - light-alloy materials (provided with 2 radial bearings, which prevents heating and guarantees minimal play),
carriage holder - light alloy materials on linear bearings,
working shaft - chrome-plated steel 12mm.

Two radial bearings are pressed into the carriage and fixed with a retaining ring. Bearings eliminate lateral play and guide the vertical direction of the working shaft. The working shaft at the base is made in the form of a hexagon for secure fastening in an electric drill chuck.

Conductor dimension: L (length) - 400 G (width) - 140mm. H (height without working shaft) - 165mm.
